The Knee Impact Rig is a versatile system designed for testing and certifying components of the upper leg. This includes the knee and knee slider. It assesses how these components respond to two types of tests. The knee impact test involves a direct in-line impact at the kneecap centre. The knee slider test looks at the relative motion between the tibia and femur bones during sliding knee movement.
