Cellbond has announced an agreement with Jost’s Engineering Company Limited to act as the company’s Sales Partner in India for Anthropomorphic Test Devices (ATDs).
A combination of new automotive safety regulations introduced by the Government of India, Global NCAP’s ‘Safer Cars for India’ project, and the introduction of the Bharat New Vehicle Safety Assessment Program (BNVSAP), has led to increased interest in ATD products. Cellbond has chosen to work with Jost’s to ensure that customers in India receive the best possible levels of customer service, tailored to meet their specific requirements.
JOSTS Engineering began operating in 1907. Over time the business has pioneered global technologies in India including Sound and vibration, Environmental Simulation, Components, Electrical test and measurement, Nano Technology and Analytical Solutions, Heat and Combustion. Today Jost’s customers include leading Government organisations and private sector companies in the Automotive, Defence, Oil and Gas, Power, Steel, Pharma and Aerospace & Space markets. Jost’s will support Cellbond ATD customers in India from a network of eight sales offices and an additional eight resident engineers located across the country.
Dr. Mike Ashmead OBE, Founder and Chairman of Cellbond, said “We are delighted to announce that JOSTS are now our ATD Agent in India. This is a key market for Cellbond, and we can see that JOSTS’ expertise, excellent customer service and reach in the Indian market are the right combination for us. We identify with Jost’s company philosophy of providing customers with tailored packages of quality products and services, rather than offering one standardized solution, and their commitment to building and maintaining long lasting relationships with all customers built on trust and mutual respect.”
